Here are details on how to configure Germain UX to let Real SAP Users provide their feedback in real-time. This assumes you have already deployed Germain UX - RUM JS into your SAP instance.

Dashboards

A number of dashboards are preconfigured for SAP, here are just a few main ones, but there might be more.

• Go to Germain Workspace > Left Menu > Dashboards > All

• Search for any “SAP…” dashboards, such as:
  SAP User Experience
  SAP Marketing

• Search for any “…Feedback…” portlet or create them, or contact us.
