Germain UX can monitor the health and events occurring via Channel Talk to help identify the quality of communication that goes on between a visitor on a web application and the sales or service individual or an RPA bot.

This data will include:

• Generic events: Chat/CTI Monitoring.

• Messages (GermainUX monitor messages exchanged between agents, bots, and customers.)
