Note Dashboard
“Notes” are similar to “tickets” or “comments” that one might want to add to a metric, and they can be assigned to anybody in the team. A note can be manually added to any metric on the Germain UX workspace. More details about Germain UX’s Note Dashboard.
ServiceNow Integration
As an alternative, Germain can be integrated with ticketing system e.g. ServiceNow.
