🔖 License Management

The License page allows administrators to review and manage the GermainUX license and monitor licensed capacity.

Use this page to:

• Review the current GermainUX license

• Install or update a license

• Monitor license expiration

• Configure license expiration warnings

• Configure warnings for daily Analytics and Automation (AA) Unit consumption

🧭 Access License Management

Go to Germain Workspace > Left Menu > License.

🔁 Update the GermainUX License

To install a new or updated license:

1. Go to Germain Workspace > Left Menu > License.

2. Click Update License.

3. In the Update License window, either:

🔔 Configure License Notifications

You can configure Workspace notifications for license expiration and daily AA Unit consumption.

1. Go to Germain Workspace > Left Menu > License.

2. Configure the following settings:

Setting	Description
License Expiry Warning (days)	Specifies how many days before the license expires GermainUX should display a warning in the Workspace.
Daily AA Limit Warning (percentage)	Specifies the percentage of the daily AA Unit allowance at which GermainUX should display a warning.

3. Click Save to apply your changes.
