The menu options displayed to each user depend on their Role, Team membership, licensed features, and environment configuration.

The available views and metrics depend on the applications, technologies, and KPIs configured in the environment.

Frictions

The Frictions dashboard provides a centralized, prioritized view of issues detected across user behavior, workflows, and technology.

UX Frictions

Identifies usability problems such as rage clicks, dead clicks, error clicks, freezes, crashes, and confusing interactions.

Workflow Frictions

Identifies abandoned, delayed, repeated, inefficient, or unsuccessful user journeys and business processes.

Technology Frictions

Identifies errors, slowdowns, failures, and unavailable technologies affecting users or operations.

Users can drill into a friction to assess its impact, identify affected users or segments, review supporting evidence, determine its probable cause, and open relevant Session Replays or technical traces.

AI Advice

The AI Advice dashboard provides recommendations generated from monitored data and summarized user sessions at scale.

Displays Notes created by or assigned to the current user.

All Notes

Displays all Notes the user is authorized to access.

Open Notes

Displays issues and findings that still require investigation or corrective action.

Resolved Notes

Displays Notes whose investigation or corrective action has been completed.

A Note can be created from a dashboard, metric, Analysis view, or Session Replay and assigned to another user for follow-up.

SLA Violations

Identifies KPIs exceeding their configured SLA thresholds to help prioritize investigation.

Dashboard creation requires the appropriate Role permission, while dashboard and data visibility are controlled through Team membership.
