Germain Workspace is the primary interface for accessing real-time insights, investigating issues, reviewing AI recommendations, collaborating with teammates, creating dashboards, and configuring GermainUX.
The menu options displayed to each user depend on their Role, Team membership, licensed features, and environment configuration.

The Frictions dashboard provides a centralized, prioritized view of issues detected across user behavior, workflows, and technology.
