Each story beat now includes:

MAINTENANCE FEATURES
Allow changes from the 'Updated Objects' diff view
Customers: N/A
Description
The updated objects diff-view currently only allows me to revert to the OOTB configuration. Before this enhancement, we couldn’t merge any changes and save a customized version. This functionality becomes useful for post-upgrade fixes to the environment.

Customized Value Merge - GermainUX
OpenShift Container Support
Customers: ANZ Bank
Description
GermainUX now supports OCP4/OpenShift Container Platform.
Use Case - Why OCP4 is being used:
The client is planning to migrate their CRM application and other services to a new data center, which is not yet available. In the meantime, they will deploy on OCP4 (OpenShift Container Platform), a solution separate from the new data center but currently accessible. GermainUX will be migrated first, before the CRM platform.
Additional Details:
Germain log data will be moved to the Splunk system.
Germain Service Health will be monitored using heartbeat messages sent to the ServiceNow platform.
