New Duration Measurements from Story Beat KPI

Description In our latest release of the Story Beats mechanism, we’ve introduced new duration types to enhance your experience. We want to highlight these updates to ensure everyone is informed. Each story beat now includes:
✔ Action Duration
✔ Orient Duration
✔ Wait Duration For more details, check out Story Beat attributes. These concepts are similar to the perception-action cycle in psychology or the sense-plan-act cycle in robotics.

View Heatmaps on Zoomed-In Images

Description It’s now possible to view ‘heatmaps’ on a zoomed-in image. More details: Heatmaps.

PII Automatic Detection (AI driven)

Description Powered by advanced AI technology, GermainUX now automatically detects Personally Identifiable Information (PII) across digital interactions. This innovative feature empowers our users to seamlessly manage PII with three powerful options:

• Anonymize: Automatically replace sensitive data with anonymized values.
• Mask: Hide or partially conceal PII to maintain compliance and safeguard privacy.
• Ignore: Maintain flexibility by choosing to leave PII data untouched when necessary.

This new capability reinforces GermainUX’s commitment to delivering deep insights with privacy-first design, allowing businesses to better understand customer journeys while adhering to global data privacy standards. Maintenance Features

​

Allow changes from the ‘Updated Objects’ diff view

Description The updated objects diff-view currently only allows me to revert to the OOTB configuration. Before this enhancement, we couldn’t merge any changes and save a customized version. This functionality becomes useful for post-upgrade fixes to the environment.

OpenShift Container Support

Description GermainUX now supports OCP4/OpenShift Container Platform. Use Case - Why OCP4 is being used:
The client is planning to migrate their CRM application and other services to a new data center, which is not yet available. In the meantime, they will deploy on OCP4 (OpenShift Container Platform), a solution separate from the new data center but currently accessible. GermainUX will be migrated first, before the CRM platform. Additional Details:

• Germain log data will be moved to the Splunk system.
• Germain Service Health will be monitored using heartbeat messages sent to the ServiceNow platform.
