Behavioral Traits

GermainUX helps identify certain patterns or points of engagement where customers show higher conversion rates, such as repeatedly exploring the image section, spending a long time in the review section, or comparing various products.

Ability to find the most prominent aspect of conversion e.g. reviewing a specific aspect of a product. GermainUX also helps identify the most conversion-prone paths taken to reach the product page.

Conversion Rate

GermainUX also offers the ability to break this down by different pivots e.g. 'new' or 'existing' customers, product type or attribute (like colors, or sizes, etc).

Drop Off

We need to assess if the checkout process is overly complicated or if there are specific sections where customers tend to abandon their journey and why.
