⚙️ Configure User Feedback for Salesforce
GermainUX enables Salesforce users to provide positive or negative feedback directly from the application while they work. Users can also add comments explaining their experience.

Before enabling user feedback, deploy the appropriate GermainUX Real User Monitoring component for your Salesforce environment:

User Feedback is part of the GermainUX Real User Monitoring and Session Replay capability.
🚀 Enable User Feedback

Configure the appearance and behavior of the feedback popup.

Enable the User Feedback Popup.
Once enabled, users can select the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icon and optionally enter a comment.
GermainUX automatically records each submission and makes it available for dashboard analysis, alerting, and correlation with the corresponding session replay.

📊 Analyze User Feedback
📋 User Feedback KPI
GermainUX records every feedback submission using the preconfigured User Feedback KPI.
The KPI captures:

Feedback can be analyzed across all users or within the context of an individual session.

The User Session Replay KPI includes the following feedback measures:

📈 Dashboards
To access dashboards containing Salesforce feedback data:
