Overview

GermainUX can be deployed in the GermainUX Cloud, in your own cloud, on-premise in your data center, or using a hybrid architecture. GermainUX Enterprise provides the central platform for configuration, data processing, analytics, AI, dashboards, Session Replay, alerts, reports, and automation. Additional GermainUX components are deployed based on the applications, technologies, infrastructure, and user experiences you need to monitor.

Configure Monitoring

Select the Wizard appropriate for the application, technology, or component being monitored.

Validate Connectivity and Monitoring

Confirm:
  • Components are online.
  • Components can communicate with GermainUX Enterprise.
  • Components can reach the monitored systems.
  • Required telemetry is collected.
  • Security and privacy controls are working.
  • KPIs are populated.
  • Dashboards display the expected data.
  • Alerts operate as expected.

Security and Privacy

Before production deployment, determine:
  • Which applications and environments may be monitored
  • Which users may be monitored
  • Which information may be collected
  • Which information must be excluded
  • Which values must be masked or anonymized
  • Where monitoring data may be stored
  • Who may access monitoring data
  • Who may access Session Replay
  • How long data should be retained
