Session Replay not available?

Problem

You aren't able to view what a user did on your web app. User Monitoring not installed or User Session Replay feature is disabled.

Disabled Configuration

1) UX Profile Settings

1. Go to Germain Workspace > Left Menu > Analytics > UX Monitoring Profiles

2. Pick a profile

3. Make sure Session Replay Monitoring is checked
