A number of new metrics are provided, such as:

• Active duration of a session (excluding when user is doing something outside the monitored application)

• Browser Freeze Detection: enhanced our existing mechanism to better detect browser freeze. More improvements on the way.

• Multi-tab support (users going from one browser tab to another)

• Screen resolution
