Description

Germain had the ability to make REST requests as part of an action, but here are additional integration enhancements that were requested by the Client:

1. Support "alert after n consecutive events"
   Germain executes a REST request only If it detects that an issue has been going for longer than a given time e.g. Application is down for 15min.

2. Enhancements to quiet time mechanism
   Create N incident at set time interval e.g one incident once per day. etc
