• Watermark support for Standard HTTP real-time monitoring

• SFDC Config Audit Trail real-time monitoring enhanced

• Germain Alerts now contains SFDC-specific recommendations to help SFDC administrator solve SFDC issues (and similarly to everything else, these alerts are configurable).

• Browser support:

  • Chrome

  • Edge

  • Firefox (new)

• Two Wizards to configure Application-level and User Experience-level real-time monitoring

• Seamless configuration so the SFDC Users don’t need to do anything to be monitored in real-time (but you also have the option to not enable these Germain features for all your Users and ask them to opt in or out, if this is a requirement)
