Heatmaps and Overlays RUM Data not available?

Problem

Session Replay is working, but no heatmap or overlay data appears in the Overlays panel.

🔍 Cause

Heatmap collection may be disabled in the applicable UX Monitoring Profile.

🔧 Solution

1. Go to Germain Workspace > Analytics > UX Monitoring Profiles.

2. Select the profile used to monitor the application.

3. Confirm that the following options are enabled:

4. Save the profile.

5. Start a new monitored session and generate mouse, click, and scroll activity.

6. Open the recorded session and confirm that the data is available in the Overlays panel.

The updated configuration applies to newly collected activity. Sessions recorded while these options were disabled will not contain the missing heatmap data.
