Maintenance - JS script (remote config & auto-push)

Description

Germain JS script can now be remotely configured without needing access to the actual JS file. In addition, a new mechanism has been built to enforce that every end-user's browser (of a business application that is monitored by Germain and this JS script) automatically uses the latest version of the JS script that is available, making any new features active right away.

(Note that there is now only one single JS script in lieu of 2).
