Description
As announced last month Germain now has the ability to make REST requests as part of an action. This month, we added these additional enhancements:
- Alert only after "n" consecutive event(s)/check(s)
Example: Alert if an application component is “unavailable” for more than 15 mins or after 15 consecutive checks. - Quiet time mechanism per alert (instead of for all alert as it used to be)
- Control the number of daily ticket(s) created in ServiceNow
