As announced last month Germain now has the ability to make REST requests as part of an action. This month, we added these additional enhancements:

Alert only after "n" consecutive event(s)/check(s)
Example: Alert if an application component is “unavailable” for more than 15 mins or after 15 consecutive checks.

Quiet time mechanism per alert (instead of for all alert as it used to be)

Control the number of daily ticket(s) created in ServiceNow
