To execute an action into a Germain Engine that is remote (e.g. you are using Germain cloud and need to execute a task into one or many of the engines that are running with your Data Center)
Use cases:
Automated execution of an action on an engine for a given server (based on values in context coming from SLA for example)
Manually triggered actions from workspace to run on one or more engine for specific set of servers
