Unable to log on to Germain UX or login takes 30sec or longer?
Problem
One of our customers was unable to log on to Germain dashboard.
Solution
It appeared that it was taking 30sec or longer to log on to Germain dashboard and that delay was related to the fact that the server where the user attempted to log on to Germain dashboard from, was not connected to the internet...at login time, Germain fetches google's JS and if there is no internet connection it keeps waiting till Browser's default timeout kicks in (e.g. it takes 30sec on Internet Explorer 11).
