Configuration

Go to Germain Workspace > Left Menu > Wizards > JVM

TIBCO JMX Metrics

By deploying JMX monitor via Configure > Wizard > Component Deployment > JVM monitor:

1. Select node and engine
   
   

   

2. Select target server, application and connection type: 
   

   

3. Specify JMX target URL and credentials for secured connection: 
   
   

   

4. If you're planning to use the Germain Java profiler, specify profiling thresholds: 
   
   

   

5. Review and submit: 
   

   

TIBCO Spotfire log files:

1. Deploy Spotfire action log parser via Wizard > Component Deployment > Parser: 
   
   

   

2. Select parser type and application: 
   

   

3. Review and submit: 
   

   

4. Deploy Spotfire performance log parser via Wizard > Component Deployment > Parser: 
   

   

5. Select parser type and application: 
   

   

6. Confirm and submit: 
   
   

   

7. Deploy Spotfire server log parser via Wizard > Component Deployment > Parser: 
   

   

8. Select parser type and application: 
   

   

9. Confirm and submit: 
   

   

10. Finally, deploy a TIBCO Spotfire log directory monitor via Wizard > Component Deployment > Directory Monitor: 
    

    

11. Select directory monitor type and target directory: 
    

    

12. Review and submit:
