Maintenance - Cloud updates (3)

Continuing our work on making our cloud solution easier to use. None of this is on prod yet as we are working on a number of other enhancements scheduled to be part of our next cloud upgrade, but that will show you what we have been upto.

• Sign-up process improvement (e.g. added abilities to log on using your Facebook, Linkedin and Google email, etc). 
• Agent and Engine deployment (you can now download and deploy your Germain Agent and engine via a few clicks - before you had to contact us to do this)
• Ease to add a new metric (this is v1 of how we envision configuration to be done)
