## Overview

GermainUX Website Audit analyzes individual pages across a web application to identify performance, technical, accessibility, and SEO issues that may affect discoverability, usability, engagement, and conversion.

## Audit Engine

Website Audit is powered by Google Lighthouse and can identify issues across the following areas:

| Area | Examples |
| - | - |
| **JavaScript** | Excessive execution time, main-thread activity, and inefficient code |
| **CSS** | Unused or render-blocking styles |
| **Page structure** | Excessive DOM size and page complexity |
| **Memory** | Excessive memory allocation or consumption |
| **Third-party technologies** | Performance impact from chatbots, Google Tag Manager, Vidyard, analytics tools, and other integrations |
| **Network activity** | Slow, large, or excessive network requests |
| **Page loading** | Resources or processing that delay rendering and interactivity |
| **SEO** | Technical issues that may reduce search-engine visibility |
| **Accessibility and best practices** | Page-design or implementation issues detected by Lighthouse |
