Features for Salesforce

Germain UX is now able to monitor User Experience of these Salesforce applications: Sales, Marketing, Service, Content, Community apps, as long as they run on Salesforce Lightning Experience

Force.com – This is about building/creating your own “Salesforce apps” – these apps will be available on the Salesforce Lightning UI at the end therefore we can monitor them. Again, similar note to “Salesforce Lightning”, this might be about developing “apps” which we don’t do but we can/do monitor them as long as they run on Lightning UI.

Sales CloudYes, we do support it (Enterprise license required to be able to inject UX scripts as far as I understand licensing in Salesforce; that applies to all other apps too).

Salesforce Lightning – this is one Lightning UI + dev tools which allow to build this UI. We do a) use Lightning UI b) use tools from Lightning UI (e.g. “Lightning Component”). So we do support it. Having said this it might bring Salesforce Lightning developers to your booth as it might tell people its about building lightning UI which we don’t do but we do monitor.

Real User Experience Session & Replay for Salesforce

Germain records videos of any Salesforce User' Session. What does that mean? If you have 1000 users browsing your Salesforce app today and you are using Germain to monitor Salesforce, Germain would record 1000 videos of these User Sessions, as if you were behind each of these users and recording what they see and do on Salesforce. whatever the Salesforce User "saw" or "did" is recorded in a video. Germain makes those videos available to you at anytime after that and keeps that videos as per the configurable data retention period.
