No data showing up on Germain dashboard
Problem
No data shows up on Germain dashboard.
Solution
- Option 1 (the safest): The easiest way to validate that the restart of Germain is successful, is to look at the number of consumers in ActiveMQ and then to validate that messages are being processed (the enqueue / dequeue counts).
- Option 2 (requires expertise in Germain): Digging into the logs is also an option, but requires more knowledge of the internals of the system. You can review the storage-services.log under SERVICES_HOME/var/logs. In there, you’ll see an entry each minute that indicates how much data is being processed:
If there is still no data on Germain, make sure the hardware where it is running isnt 100% cpu or memory utilized? and that this point, just contact us (the engineer you are in touch with or support@germainux.com and we will help)
