# License

> The License page allows administrators to review and manage the GermainUX license and monitor licensed capacity.

## Overview

The **License** page allows administrators to review and manage the GermainUX license and monitor licensed capacity.

Use this page to:

* Review the current GermainUX license
* Install or update a license
* Monitor license expiration
* Configure license expiration warnings
* Configure warnings for daily Analytics and Automation (AA) Unit consumption

## Access License Management

Go to **Germain Workspace > Left Menu > License**.

## Update the GermainUX License

To install a new or updated license:

1. Go to **Germain Workspace > Left Menu > License**.
2. Click **Update License**.
3. In the **Update License** window, either:

4. Confirm the update.

* Paste the license content
* Upload the license file

## Configure License Notifications

You can configure Workspace notifications for license expiration and daily AA Unit consumption.

1. Go to **Germain Workspace > Left Menu > License**.
2. Configure the following settings:

| Setting | Description |
| - | - |

| **Daily AA Limit Warning (percentage)** | Specifies the percentage of the daily AA Unit allowance at which GermainUX should display a warning. |

1. Click **Save** to apply your changes.
