Benefit

Help User Support organizations address User Issues quickly, via this new "User Support" dashboard:

  • Portlet: Last Active Users (still or not logged on) => drilldown to “User Session Replay” dashboard => drilldown to RCA dashboard
  • Portlet: “User click max response time/count/error” => drilldown to end-to-end RCA
  • Portlet: Application Performance (real vs synthetic) – aggregation pie that combines any app perf metrics (that can be viewed on drilldown)
  • Portlet: Database Performance (real vs synthetic) – same as above
  • Portlet: Network Performance (real vs synthetic) – same as above
  • Portlet: Application Availability– same as above
  • Portlet: Database Availability– same as above
  • Portlet: Network Availability– same as above
  • Portlet: Application Configuration– same as above
  • Portlet: Database Configuration – same as above
  • Portlet: Network Configuration – same as above
