## Experience Dashboard: Real-Time Insights into User Frictions and Interactions

## Overview

The **Experience Dashboard** provides a real-time view of what users are experiencing while interacting with monitored applications.

It brings together behavioral, functional, and performance signals to help teams identify where users encounter friction.

## Key Insights

Use the Experience Dashboard to understand:

| Insight | Details |
| - | - |
| **Experience Frictions** | What are the most common user frictions? |
| **Users Affected** | How many users encounter them? |
| **Sessions Affected** | How many sessions contain friction? |
| **Rage Clicks** | Where are users repeatedly clicking? |
| **Dead or Error Clicks** | Where do interactions fail to produce the expected result? |
| **User-Facing Errors** | What errors are users seeing? |
| **Slow Interactions** | Where are users waiting? |
| **Feedback & Sentiment** | What are users telling you about their experience? |
| **Abandonment** | Where do users give up? |
| **Trends** | Is the experience improving or deteriorating? |

## Investigate User Experience

Use the Experience Dashboard to move from aggregated friction to the actual user experience.
