## GermainUX dashboards

GermainUX allows authorized users to create, delete, organize, pin, and manage access to analytics dashboards.

## Find and Organize Dashboards

The **All** folder under the **Dashboards** menu displays every dashboard the current user is authorized to access, including dashboards created by other users.

## Permission Levels

| Permission | Description |
| - | - |
| **View** | Allows the selected users or teams to open and use the dashboard. |
| **Manage** | Allows the selected users or teams to edit the dashboard and its configuration. |

Grant **Manage** permission only to users or teams responsible for maintaining the dashboard.

## Team-Level Permissions

Dashboard permissions can also be managed from the applicable GermainUX team.

Team-level configuration is useful when access should be assigned consistently to a group rather than managed separately for individual users.

From the team configuration, authorized administrators can:

* Grant dashboard viewing access
* Grant dashboard management access
* Review the dashboards available to the team
* Update access when team responsibilities change

A user’s effective dashboard access depends on the permissions assigned directly to the user and through their GermainUX teams.
