In real-time, monitor and identify

  • where a Business Process is stuck looking at each of its individual steps in real-time
  • How much time is spent for each of the Business Process' milestone/step
  • If/what technical issue(s) affected a Business Process (at any software, hardware layer, from the user browser/desktop down to the application code, database sql, etc)
  • Areas of UI improvement (by analysis it takes for most users to execute a business process e.g. if you realize that a Quote-to-Order BP takes 100 clicks and you notice that half of these clicks could be avoided...that could potentially reduce times needed to create an order, etc)
