## Analytics - Browser and Server-side data correlation for User Click RCA (wip)

### Description

Started configuring our new correlation engine so it correlates Browser (js, static content, system statistic, etc) and Server-side (Application server transaction, database sql, etc) data, to provide a consolidated view of User Click Root-cause analysis.

## Analytics - Browser CPU usage @ Page and User Session levels

### Description

This is in the effort of increasing the level of details provided for root-cause analysis of user clicks (on any web apps like siebel open ui, sfdc, angularJS ,etc). We have built a mechanism that measures CPU consumption of a Browser caused by a web application, and that provides detailed RCA metrics  @ the application and html page levels.

## Analytics - Concurrent & unique users metrics

### Description

More analytic rules and portlets with regards to application user experience, in this case, reporting concurrent and unique users on an aggregate dashboard

## Analytics - Enable/disable RUM per url/sub-url

### `Description`

`Ability to enable or disable Real User Monitoring per application component.`

### `Example`

## Analytics - Infinite number of Sentences in a Search

### Description

While searching for insights, it is now possible to get as many different type of insights as you want by separating your question with semicolon ";" (i.e. a search automatically generates a dashboard, that can now consists of unlimited numbers of kpis)

## Analytics - More Verbs and Nouns in Search Mechanism

### Description

To allow Germain users to type a wider range of verbs and nouns that they are familiar with, as they search for insights into our data.

## Analytics - Support for Grouped Average in a Search

### Use cases

* what is the average number of days that users played
* what is the average amount of hours that users played

New question word: "Average count of" -> groupedAvg(id) \
 New pivot options:

* "year" -> \['time.year']
* "month" -> \['time.year', 'time.month']
* "day" -> \['time.year', 'time.month', 'time.day']
* "hour" -> \['time.year', 'time.month', 'time.day', 'time.hour']
* "minute" -> \['time.year', 'time.month', 'time.day', 'time.hour', 'time.minute']

### Example

"Average count of rounds played per user per day"

## Monitoring & Analytics - Android mobile device (wip)

### Description

Started implementing a mobile application that monitors performance and availability of Android mobile devices. We are almost done with this. IOS is next. And a reminder that this feature comes in addition to (or is separate of) the User Experience monitoring feature for native html/js application which is already supported by Germain.

## Automation - ServiceNow integration support (via REST)

### Description

Completed support for REST requests for ServiceNow. At this point we're able to make general REST requests via HTTP actions that include data from facts / KPIs and are triggered based on SLAs.

### Use Case

Automatic creation of tickets in ServiceNow whenever a threshold is exceeded in Germain

## Dashboard - Share dashboard with unregistered users

### Description

A dashboard can now be shared with a user who isn't registered as a Germain dashboard user.

## Maintenance - duplicate email alert issue fixed

### Description

Fixed a bug causing email to be duplicate.

## Maintenance - Support for drools 6.5.0

### Description

Rules configured in Germain now support drools 6.5

## Maintenance - RE: 3-5 percent performance degradation for IE users with User Replay

### Description

Great news, the performance degradation reported last month, has been confirmed as fixed/no longer reproducible, by one of our client.
