Moogsoft applies its AI algorithms to the Germain email alerts, to help you triage email alert. Categorization of email alerts can be performed and based on the EMAIL TITLE, EMAIL CONTENT, TECHNOLOGY, KPI, etc, and it's possible to modify any Template with any values (technology, application, etc), to make this integration fully tailored to your needs. ### Configuration Details on [how to integrate](/main/moogsoft.md) Moogsoft with Germain and [contact us for anything.](/main/support.md) ## Automation - Synthetic Transaction (updates) ### Description Enhancement of the Synthetic Transaction feature provided in Germain. This feature is used to simulate a user or any type of transaction (network, db, app..) to proactively detect availability and performance issues. In addition, in the case of a User Login synthetic transaction (against any web app), we fixed a bug that was causing the reported response time to be wrong. ## Monitoring & Analytics - Apache ### Description Enhancement of how Germain monitors and troubleshoots Apache. Some of the metrics that are pulled and analyzed: * Apache Active sessions * Apache Current requests * Apache Idle workers * Apache Busy workers * Apache requests per second * Apache Shared Memory > **Show all 9** > > * TCP Retransmissions > * Round-trip time > * Throughput ## Monitoring & Analytics - User Replay (zoom support) ### Description Improved replay of browser windows that change size dramatically over the course of a session. ## Maintenance - Nextgen (2) ### Description Continuing to work on our nextGen project, scheduled to be available by 12/31/19. This nextGen is in response to our Clients that have asked us for more ways to slice and dice the data, more intelligent insight findings, faster and easier configuration (of any monitoring, analytics and automation) and last but not least a better user experience. This month, we have made significant progress on the design of the configuration capabilities as well as started implemented some of them. Some of the features we have touched upon: * Comprehensive config console (to allow enterprise-wide deployment) * User Management * Data Source Management * Monitoring Management * Analytics Management * Automation Management * Charting * Search * Extended wizards * Parser wizard * KPI wizard * Business Process wizard * SQL wizard * Desktop PC wizard * End-user wizard * OS wizard And a number of new and exciting features we won't disclose here.
